How to Exercise Your Rights
Submit a Request
Email us at info@quantumgandivaai.com with the subject line "Data Rights Request".
Information to Include
Please provide your full name, contact details (email and/or phone number), and a brief description of the right you wish to exercise or the action you are requesting.
Identity Verification
We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. This is to protect your data from unauthorised access.
Acknowledgement
Your request will be acknowledged within 2 business days of receipt.
Completion
We aim to complete all data rights requests within 30 days of receipt.

Filing a Grievance
To file a grievance, email veerendra@quantumgandivaai.com with the subject line "GRIEVANCE". Include your name, contact details, and a detailed description of your concern.
Response Timeline
The Grievance Officer will acknowledge your grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days of receipt.
Escalation
If You Are Not Satisfied
If you are not satisfied with our response to your grievance, you may escalate the matter to the Data Protection Board of India (once it becomes operational under the DPDP Act 2023) or to the appropriate authority under the Information Technology Act 2000.
What to Expect
Step 1: Acknowledgement
We will acknowledge your request or grievance within 2 business days of receipt.
Step 2: Verification
We may request additional information to verify your identity and ensure the security of your data.
Step 3: Processing
Your request will be processed within the timelines prescribed by applicable law.
Step 4: Outcome
We will inform you of the outcome of your request. If we cannot fully comply with your request, we will explain the reasons why.
