Data Deletion Policy
How to request deletion of your data from our platform, in compliance with India's DPDP Act 2023 and Meta Platform Terms.

This Data Deletion Policy describes how Quantum Gandiva AI Private Limited (CIN: U62099AP2025PTC120922) (“QG AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles requests for deletion of personal data. This policy is published in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and Meta Platform Terms. You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time.
How to Request Data Deletion
In-Platform Disconnect
Navigate to Settings > Integrations > "Disconnect" for any connected service. This revokes our access and initiates automatic deletion of all data associated with that integration.
Full Account Deletion
Navigate to Settings > Account > "Delete My Account". This permanently deletes your entire account and all associated data from our systems.
Email Request
Send an email to info@quantumgandivaai.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include your registered email address, organisation name, and a description of what data you would like deleted. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
Meta/WhatsApp Revocation
You can revoke our access directly through Meta Business Manager or Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites. Upon revocation, we automatically detect the change and initiate deletion of all associated WhatsApp and Meta data from our systems. You will receive a confirmation code to track the deletion status.
What We Delete
Authentication & Access Data
OAuth tokens and all stored authentication credentials for connected services.
Communication Data
Stored emails, email metadata, WhatsApp messages, and conversation history from all connected services.
Calendar & Contact Data
Calendar events, scheduling information, and contacts imported from connected services.
User Profile & Preferences
Your user profile information, personalisation preferences, account settings, cached data, and saved drafts.
AI-Generated Content
All AI-generated content including drafts, summaries, classifications, and any other outputs produced by our platform on your behalf.
What We Retain (Legal Obligations)
Billing & Transaction Records
Retained for 6 years as required under the Indian Income Tax Act. These records contain only financial transaction details.
Security & Audit Logs
Retained for 12 months to comply with security and regulatory requirements. These logs contain access and activity metadata only.
Anonymised Aggregated Analytics
Retained indefinitely. This data is fully anonymised and aggregated, and cannot be used to identify any individual.
Important Note
None of the retained records contain your personal communications, messages, or personal data. Retained data is limited to financial and security records as required by law.
Deletion Timeline
OAuth Tokens
Revoked and deleted within 1 hour of your request.
Cached & Temporary Data
Purged within 24 hours of your request.
Messages & Communication Data
Deleted within 48 hours of your request.
Contacts & Conversation Records
Deleted within 48 hours of your request.
Full Account Data
Completely removed within 7 business days of your request.
Confirmation & Status Tracking
Upon receiving your deletion request, you will receive a confirmation code and a link to track the status of your request. You can use this to check whether deletion is in progress, completed, or if any data is retained under legal obligations. A final confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address upon completion.
Third-Party Data
Our Responsibility
When you request deletion, we delete our copy of all data obtained from third-party services. The original data remains in your third-party account and is governed by that provider’s policies.

Your Rights
Under the DPDP Act 2023 (India)
You have the right to access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request erasure of your data, and seek grievance redressal through the appropriate channels.
Exercising Your Rights
To exercise any of these rights, please email us at info@quantumgandivaai.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Regulatory Authority
If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may escalate your concern to the Data Protection Board of India.

Response Time
