QG AI is developing platform integration services that will connect with third-party platforms such as Google, Microsoft, and Meta/WhatsApp. The following terms will apply when these services become available.
Account Connection
By connecting third-party accounts (such as Google, Microsoft, or Meta/WhatsApp), you authorise QG AI to access and process data from those accounts in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the authority to connect those accounts and acknowledge that the platform may read, draft, and send communications on your behalf. You may revoke access at any time.
User Responsibilities
When using platform integration services, you agree to: comply with all applicable laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and anti-spam regulations; obtain necessary consents before sending marketing communications; refrain from sending harmful, misleading, or deceptive communications; and keep your account credentials confidential.
WhatsApp Messaging Rules
When using WhatsApp Business integration: you must obtain explicit opt-in consent from recipients before contacting them; you must honour all opt-out requests immediately and remove users from your contact lists; you may only initiate conversations using approved Message Templates reviewed by WhatsApp; within 24 hours of a user message you may respond freely, but outside this window only approved templates may be used; automated messaging must include a clear path to reach a human agent (via live chat, phone, email, or support form); you must not request or transmit sensitive information such as full payment card numbers, financial account numbers, or government-issued ID numbers through WhatsApp.
Prohibited Uses
You must not use our platform integration services to: send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; engage in any form of phishing, fraud, or deception; facilitate illegal activities; send messages that violate WhatsApp Business Policy or Meta Commerce Policy; or use data obtained from connected platforms for any purpose other than the messaging and communication services provided by our platform.
Data Handling
Your data processed through platform integrations is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your data.
Service Availability
Platform integration services depend on the availability and functionality of third-party providers. QG AI is not responsible for changes, outages, or disruptions caused by those providers.
Compliance & Auditing
We may cooperate with platform providers (including Meta) in conducting compliance reviews or audits as required by their platform terms. You agree to assist us in demonstrating compliance with applicable platform policies when reasonably requested.
Disconnection & Data Deletion
When you disconnect a platform account, we will immediately cease accessing that account. Authentication tokens will be deleted within 1 hour. Cached data will be deleted within 24 hours. Message data will be deleted within 48 hours. Full account data will be deleted within 7 business days. For details, see our Data Deletion Policy at /data-deletion.
